VIctaxi offers online booking for taxi rides, airport transfers, city transfers and related services. We act as the provider of the booking platform and may work with contracted drivers or partner taxi companies.

By using the website or booking a ride, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information. All prices are provided in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and booking changes are subject to the terms published on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the booking terms and applicable Austrian consumer law.

6. Liability

VIctaxi is liable for damages only in accordance with mandatory Austrian law, including the Austrian General Civil Code (ABGB) and applicable consumer protection legislation. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit or other consequential losses except to the extent required by law.

Users must behave lawfully and respectfully when using the service. Any abusive or fraudulent activity may result in the immediate termination of service and reporting to authorities if required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
